Job description

Our Customer is seeking an Editorial Content Reviewer on a contract basis to support the Editorial function within their Content & Partnerships organization. This role will focus on reviewing. This role is on-site in Santa Monica, CA.



Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess high volumes of user-generated content and creator accounts in accordance with platform policies and editorial guidelines
  • Apply sound judgment when handling sensitive or policy-adjacent content
  • Identify patterns, trends, creators, and edge cases related to content quality and platform safety
  • Summarize findings and insights to inform product and engineering decision-making
  • Provide editorial support to cross-functional initiatives with Policy, Product, Trust & Safety, and Data Science teams
  • Assist with documentation, tracking, and ongoing content review workflows


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with content review, data review, or moderation, preferably within a technology or platform environment
  • Basic understanding of platform policies and content quality or safety concepts
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to apply guidelines consistently
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities

Preferred:

  • Experience working with large datasets, content queues, or review tools
  • Familiarity with product initiatives focused on feed quality or content safety
  • Interest in how editorial and content insights influence product and engineering decisions
