Job description

Elder Care Coordinator (Part-Time / Contract – Remote)

Location: Remote (Preference for Colorado experience)

Hours: ~10 hours/week with opportunity to increase

Rate: $75–$100/hour

We’re looking for an experienced Elder Care Coordinator to provide part-time, flexible support with Medicaid and long-term care planning. If you have expertise in MAPTs, Miller Trusts, and crisis planning — especially in Colorado — this is a great opportunity to do meaningful work helping families protect their assets and plan for the future.

What You’ll Do

  • Draft and review MAPTs, Miller Trusts, and other Medicaid planning documents.
  • Advise on crisis planning options for individuals and couples.
  • Stay current on state-specific Medicaid and elder law requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams or partner firms to ensure documents meet compliance and client needs.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience in elder care, or Medicaid planning.
  • Someone well versed in submitting Medicaid applications in Colorado
  • Strong understanding of Medicaid eligibility and long-term care strategies.
  • Excellent communicator who enjoys client collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely and independently.

Why This Role: This is a flexible, remote contract opportunity with meaningful impact — helping families protect their assets and plan for care with confidence. You’ll start around 10 hours per week, with room to grow as the need expands.

All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be legally authorized to work in the United States and are required to have U.S. residency at the time of application.

If you are a person with a disability needing assistance with the application, or at any point in the hiring process, please contact us at support@themomproject.com.
