Job description

Elder Law Attorney (Part-Time / Contract – Remote)

Location: Remote (Preference for Colorado license; California also welcome)

Hours: ~10 hours/week with opportunity to increase

Rate: $75–$100/hour


We’re looking for an experienced Elder Law Attorney to provide part-time, flexible support with Medicaid and long-term care planning. If you have expertise in MAPTs, Miller Trusts, and crisis planning — especially in Colorado or California License required— this is a great opportunity to do meaningful work helping families protect their assets and plan for the future.


What You’ll Do

  • Draft and review MAPTs, Miller Trusts, and other Medicaid planning documents.
  • Advise on crisis planning options for individuals and couples.
  • Stay current on state-specific Medicaid and elder law requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams or partner firms to ensure documents meet compliance and client needs.


What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed attorney in Colorado (or California).
  • At least 3 years of experience in elder law, estate planning, or Medicaid planning.
  • Strong understanding of Medicaid eligibility and long-term care strategies.
  • Excellent communicator who enjoys client collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely and independently.
