Our Customer is seeking an Email & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist on a contract basis to develop, scale, and optimize marketing campaigns with the purpose of engaging the customer base. This role is 100% remote.
You’re passionate about Marketing and are looking to expand and grow your lifecycle marketing career. You are also excited to work globally and closely with cross-functional partners, including Product, Product Marketing, Regional leads, and more.
You will understand marketing processes, have working knowledge of lifecycle email tools and systems, marketing automation, A/B testing, reporting, and be able to take on a dedicated project management approach towards these initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support the team with the execution of large-scale email campaigns and operate with excellence.
- Own the planning, building, deployment, and maintenance of email campaigns across global markets that engage millions of users.
- Partner closely with teammates on large-scale experiments and initiatives to support the overall team goals around Go To Market & Engagement Optimization.
- Partner closely with audience specialists to build a deep understanding of the target prospect and their needs; apply thoughtful data-oriented segmentation approaches to effectively reach them.
- Project manage all aspects of email execution from building, testing, running QA, tracking, and running post-campaign performance analysis.
- Build and maintain metrics reports on marketing activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
- Actively measure and track email program engagement.
- Collaborate closely with key partners on marketing and product teams to help launch new products and build meaningful and engaging email onboarding for the customers.
- Troubleshoot issues with campaigns in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Over 2 years of work experience
- Track record working with sales/email and notification marketing automation tools, e.g., Iterable, Braze, Marketo, Salesforce
- Agile, open to working on different projects at once, and pivoting according to business needs
- Detail-oriented
- Project management expertise
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate impact and work cross-functionally across multiple internal teams
- You have a creative and analytical mindset that would lend to email and notification campaigns optimizations
