Email Developer

By building the last-mile logistics infrastructure for local commerce, they’re fulfilling our mission to grow and empower local economies.

We are seeking an Email Developer on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.

What You'll Do:

• Migrate templates from one system to another
• QA templates to make sure they are loaded correctly; make small changes if required

Must-haves:

• Project management platform experience, like Jira Email testing platform, and Email on Acid or Litmus
• Basic understanding of data ingestion into an email, via API, user profile, etc.
• Basic understanding of handlebars or liquid scripting languages
• Development experience, specifically with email
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experience with an Email Service Provider (ESP) like Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, etc.
• Basic understanding of how to troubleshoot email rendering issues
