Job description

Our Customer is an American worldwise clothing and accessories retailer, founded in 1969. Over the last 50 years, the company has grown from a single store to a global fashion business with seven brands. Their clothes are availabile in 90 countries worldwide through over 3,100 company-operated stores, almost 400 franchise stores, and e-commerce sites and is still growing.


We are seeking an Email Producer on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is 100% remote in PST hours.


This individual is responsible for managing the promotional email content, ensuring flawless execution, and timely launches. This role will support the Producer in managing digital content launches from ideation to execution. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, collaborator, and self-starter who is comfortable operating in a rapidly changing environment.



Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Creative, Site Merchandising, Web Development, and external vendors.
  • Ensure timely project launches and adherence to requirements by tracking deliverables, milestone dates, and resource allocations; escalate delays or risks to management.
  • Manage and publish content through email content management platforms.
  • Conduct final reviews and approvals of email content, resolving issues in collaboration with business partners before launch.
  • Adapt to scope changes or schedule shifts, communicating any project impacts across all marketing channels.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, templates, and tools to support knowledge sharing across the Digital Operations team.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and internal tool enhancements to optimize the digital experience.
  • Evaluate delivery schedules and communication processes; collaborate with management on implementing improvements.
  • Gain a strong understanding of brand processes and systems to suggest ideas and improvements.
  • Maintain proactive and clear communication with cross-functional partners, managing change requests and delivering builds consistently and on time.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2–3 years of experience in detailed task planning and execution.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital, site, email, or app-related projects, with a strong preference for e-commerce.
  • Knowledgeable in digital operations and release processes, with hands-on experience using email tools and platforms.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with the ability to manage and communicate deliverables for multiple concurrent projects.
  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively across teams.
  • Highly organized, self-managed, and capable of meeting multiple deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Motivated to grow and improve your skill set; adaptable in both independent and collaborative work environments.
  • Able to stay composed and focused in a fast-paced setting.
