Job description

  • Email Marketing Management: This involves overseeing all aspects of email marketing campaigns, including strategy development, content creation, list management, and performance analysis.
  • List Growth Strategies: Developing and implementing strategies to grow the email subscriber list. This may include creating lead magnets, optimizing website opt-in forms, running targeted advertising campaigns, and leveraging partnerships or collaborations to reach new audiences.
  • Revenue Generation: Providing ideas and tactics to maximize revenue through email marketing efforts. This includes optimizing email content and design for conversions, implementing segmentation and personalization strategies, and integrating promotional offers or discounts to drive sales.
  • Email Campaign Execution: Planning and executing email marketing campaigns, including scheduling email sends, segmenting subscriber lists, and ensuring deliverability and compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act).
  • Performance Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing key metrics and performance indicators of email campaigns, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated. Using insights gained to iterate and optimize future campaigns for better results.
  • SMS Marketing Management: Similar to email marketing, overseeing SMS marketing campaigns, including strategy development, message content creation, list management, and performance analysis.
  • List Growth for SMS Marketing: Implementing strategies to grow the SMS subscriber list, such as promoting SMS opt-ins through various channels, incentivizing sign-ups, and ensuring compliance with SMS marketing regulations (e.g., TCPA).
  • Sales Generation through Text Messages: Developing and executing SMS marketing campaigns aimed at driving sales and conversions. This may include sending targeted promotions, flash sales, product launches, and order updates via text messages.
  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously optimizing SMS marketing campaigns based on performance data and subscriber feedback. Testing different message formats, timing, and offers to identify the most effective strategies for driving engagement and sales.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices for email and SMS marketing, ensuring all campaigns comply with legal requirements and ethical standards.
