Our Customer is a corporation that develops, manufactures, and markets robotic products designed to improve clinical outcomes of patients through minimally invasive surgery. Founded in 1995, their goal was to create innovative, robotic-assisted systems that help empower doctors and hospitals to make surgery less invasive than an open approach. Working with the top medical professionals, they continue to develop new, minimally invasive surgical platforms and future diagnostic tools to help solve complex healthcare challenges around the world.
We are seeking an Employee Experience & Success Analyst on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is hybrid (onsite 3 days a week) in Sunnyvale, CA.
This role is responsible for helping users use the right tools for the best collaboration outcome. This role seeks opportunities for collaboration success focused on developing training and adoption strategies for collaboration tools. This role will work closely with IT partners and business departments to understand the effectiveness of tools for continuous improvement purposes.
This team's main mission is to help enable digital workplace technologies throughout the organization. This team needs to make sure the organization is using the right collaboration tools for the right purpose and using them effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Apply user centered design principles to support core business activities focused on improving user experience
- Identify opportunities to elicit user feedback to determine potential improvements
- Presentation of user feedback and recommendations to key stakeholders
- Assist in the deployment of employee success framework that includes training and adoption of collaboration tools
- Assist in the development of multi-channel communications campaigns to drive technology adoption
- Assist in the creation of the centralized repository of technology enablement resources (videos, how-to, quick-start guides, etc.)
- Co- Facilitate enablement and awareness events (Ask the Expert, Immersion Experiences, webinars, lunch and learns, focus groups etc.)
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and work efficiency
- Participate in employee onboarding to highlight available resources and raise awareness of digital workplace technologies.
- Collect data and feedback from many sources both qualitative and quantitative. Use this feedback to drive adoption strategies
Qualifications:
- Digital workplace technology experience or customer success background
- Tools: Microsoft Tools (Copilot,Word, Loop, Excel, Exchange, Outlook, etc) Box, Lucidchart, Zoom
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Presentation and training skills
- Experience in end user facing roles – technical
- Ability to communicate effectively (written, oral)
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of user experience design principles
- Deep desire to learn and acquire new skills
- Strong ability to work well in a cross functional team environment
- Self – motivated, curious, and comfortable with ambiguous challenges
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science/Business or related area is desired.
