  • Consult on the interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures to ensure fairness and compliance
  • Facilitate listening sessions, mediated conversations, and employee engagement activities
  • Capture and analyze metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee relations
  • Support the standardization of employee relations processes and best practices
  • Recommend process improvements that enhance service delivery and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with Legal, HRBPs, and leadership teams on escalated employee issues
  • Help build scalable processes to support business growth and HR alignment
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in employee relations, employment law, or HR business partner roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • High emotional intelligence and discretion in handling sensitive matters
  • Experience with HRIS and case management systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, HR Acuity)
  • Organized and adaptable, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • Knowledge of federal employment law; ability to research and apply state-specific regulations as needed
  • Occasional travel may be required

We offer a competitive salary range for this position. Most candidates who join our team are hired at the median of this range, ensuring fair and equitable compensation based on experience and qualifications.
