Our Customer is seeking an Employee Service Coordinator on a contract basis to execute and support HR operations and transactions through Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and other internal systems.


Your day-to-day will focus on driving data accuracy, process consistency, and timely resolution of employee inquiries. You'll be a key player in enabling seamless onboarding, organizational changes, and recurring HR programs.


This role is 100% remote.



Responsibilities:

  • Support and process HR transactions within a tiered service delivery model in partnership with Tier 1 and cross-functional teams
  • Monitor and manage the Employee Service Center ServiceNow queue, resolving Tier 2 tickets and meeting SLA and case closure goals
  • Manage high-volume HR transactions, including hires, job changes, reorganizations, and compensation updates
  • Process and maintain employee lifecycle changes in Workday with a high degree of accuracy and data integrity
  • Complete routine audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Support offer approvals and initiate and manage background checks
  • Communicate delays, issues, and compliance concerns to recruiters and hiring managers
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee and candidate information
  • Perform additional HR operational duties and special projects as assigned


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience using Workday, specifically supporting core HR and employee lifecycle transactions
  • Experience managing high-volume HR transactional work
  • Prior experience in HR operations, shared services, or employee support environments
  • Experience managing high-volume queues in ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with SLA-driven support models
  • Process improvement mindset with the ability to identify and recommend workflow enhancements
  • Experience in maintaining and resolving cases within a ticketing system environment
  • Strong attention to detail with a consistent track record of delivering accurate work
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and shifting priorities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and workflows
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional stakeholder engagement
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity
