- Predominantly remote with occasional on-site presence

This is a great fit for an Attorney with employment law experience who has a growth mindset and is enthusiastic and committed to sensitive workplace investigations.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting investigations from intake to completion, including witness interviews
- Drafting detailed investigation reports, documents, and correspondence
- Reviewing interpreting, analyzing, and evaluating witness statements, documents, and physical evidence collected during investigations
- Reviewing, summarizing, creating, and organizing legal documents and information
- Developing training materials and conduct workplace trainings
- Counseling, supporting, and advising in-house investigation teams on best practices
- Researching various topics and keeping up with current events and new case law
Required Background/Skills
- An ability to attend occasional workplace investigations in person in NY or NJ
- JD degree from an ABA accredited law school and admitted in NY or NJ
- 6+ years of labor and employment law experience, including conducting workplace investigations at some point in your career
- Flexible: Can deal with a variable schedule
- Strong computer skills - can adapt to Clio, Excel, Word, ShareDrive, etc.
- Excellent written communication and analytical skills
- Highly organized and willing to take on project management responsibilities
- Passionate about and willing to write on employment topics on firm social channels
Preferred Skills
- Additional state bar admissions
