Employment Law Attorney | Lisenced in North Carolina
Hybrid | Greater Charlotte Area or Triangle
W2- Part Time or Full Time | $35-$50/hr DOE

This is an ideal role for an experienced employment attorney who can independently manage cases from start to finish while helping expand our employment practice.
The right candidate will be comfortable handling matters from the initial client consultation through resolution, whether by settlement, arbitration, or trial. They will also have the opportunity to help develop systems, processes, and client service standards as we continue growing our employer representation practice.
Responsibilities
- Manage employment law matters from intake through final resolution.
- Draft demand letters, pleadings, motions, discovery, and dispositive motions.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Conduct mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Advise employees and employers on employment law issues.
- Counsel business clients regarding policies, compliance, investigations, employee relations, and risk management.
- Assist in developing employer-side programs, systems, and ongoing client relationships.
- Deliver exceptional client service and maintain consistent communication with clients throughout representation.
Compensation
- Our traditional compensation model for attorneys includes a competitive base salary, depending on experience—along with the opportunity to earn additional bonuses based on the revenue generated from their cases.
