Job description
This is a 100% remote part time role with opportunity to grow.
Core Responsibilities
Are you one of the rare attorneys who is or wants to be more entrepreneurial, wants to learn and grow, and is interested in building their practice and helping grow a firm?
Are you interested either in working part-time with the opportunity to build to full-time in the future or do you have a small book of business that you can bring with you and are interested in an immediate full-time role?
Do you have the experience and confidence to be the primary attorney providing strategic employment advice and litigation strategy oversight for important client relationships?
Are you an optimistic self-starter with a positive outlook who loves what you do and works well with others?
Are you looking for mentorship on how to grow and run a more successful practice?

We are a small firm operating mainly remotely with offices in NY and Denver (with a Managing Partner who spends the majority of his time in L.A.) that handles sophisticated corporate and transactional work and is one of the leading firms in the registered investment advisor (RIA) and break-away broker space having handled hundreds of advisor employment transitions.
Qualifications/Skills
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law and located anywhere in the U.S as we have operated virtually for over 5 years (with a slight preference for California, Colorado or New York).
- Min. 5 years of quality law firm experience.
- Confidence and experience in independently providing clients with strategic employment (mainly restrictive covenant related) advice.
- Litigation experience.
- RIA industry and FINRA arbitration experience a big plus but not required.
- Excellent client relationship skills.
- Experience managing other attorneys and staff.t Qualifications here>
