The Mom Project is excited to support Etsy with their search for an Intellectual Property and Brand Protection Enforcement Specialist to join their team.
About the Role
Etsy is looking for an Enforcement Specialist to be part of a dedicated IP & Brand Protection Team on Trust and Safety.
This is a full-time position reporting to the Team Lead, IP & Brand Protection.
High Level Expectations:
- Well-versed in the application of Etsy policies and protocols in enforcement across listings, shops, and entities
- Responsible for the timely review of core enforcement workflows within SLA (eg, P0 tasks related to intellectual property enforcement)
- Responsible for the timely review of complex Admin-only high-priority/high-severity workflows within SLA (eg, responding to various third-party requests for information, including those from law enforcement agencies, governmental agencies, and 3rd party requestors)
- Responsible for the timely review of Seller appeals within SLA
- Responsible for supporting sensitive external escalations in review and actioning of violative listings and Shops, and communicating updates to the Team Lead and/or Incident Commander
- Responsible for identifying abuse trends and patterns in core enforcement workflows and escalating to the Team Lead
- Non-core work- QA, Documentation, Communication, Training, Appeals
- Consistently demonstrating all 5 IC2 competencies

Hours and Location:
- M-F, 40 hours/week
- For this role, we are considering candidates based in Brooklyn or remote in the US.
