Job description

The Mom Project is excited to support our customer, a multi-channel marketing strategy firm focused on serving higher education marketing and student recruitment, with their search for Enrollment Development Representatives to join their growing team!


Summary /Objective

The Enrollment Development Representative (EDR) specializes in university enrollment lead generation and will have a passion for helping students find the right educational path and a commitment to providing exceptional service throughout the lead generation process. The EDR is self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets. Has the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Will have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail is essential. The EDR role centers around conducting strategic outbound communications to engage potential students and nurturing those relationships to generate high-quality leads for our clients. The EDR will be managing them through the initial stages of the enrollment funnel. This will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth with this proactive approach.


Hours and Location

  • Flexible scheduling available with part-time and full-time positions, Monday through Friday
  • This is a 100% remote role open to candidates residing in Arizona (AZ), Colorado (CO), Georgia (GA), Missouri (MO), Kansas (KS), or Florida (FL)
  • Compensation: Hourly W2 position with a pay range of $23 - $28 per hour, based on education and experience
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities available
  • Overtime opportunities offered


Essential Function

  • Initial Outreach: Conduct initial contact with prospective students from CRM lists through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Introduce them to our university partners and degree programs.
  • Lead Nurturing: Build rapports and maintain those relationships through regular follow-ups via phone, SMS and email, providing them with relevant information and resources to keep them engaged.
  • Qualification: Evaluate leads to determine their fit for specific programs based on their academic background, career goals, and interests. Effectively qualifying them as a potential enrollment opportunity.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads in the CRM system. Ensure that all lead information is properly documented and organized for efficient follow-up.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Enrollment and Marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with enrollment goals. Provide feedback on lead quality and share insights to improve targeting and outreach efforts.
  • Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets. Regularly report on lead generation activities and outcomes to management.

Required Experience

  • 2–4 years in customer service, sales, or education-related roles.
  • Motivated by goals and opportunity to meet metrics and grow within the team and financially
  • Ability to control the call in terms of time on the phone and outcome / school matching
  • Time management skills
  • Proficiency in using computers, CRM systems, email marketing tools, and other lead generation software. Familiarity with PhoneBurner, Microsoft Team and Outlook is a plus.
  • Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapports.

Preferred Education

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in related field
