Our Customer is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager on a contract basis to support their business needs. On-site in New York City is preferred; however, candidates from other locations will also be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Support onboarding of new locations including creating bulk upload sheets and submitting work orders
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful activation of new merchants
- Submit and manage catalog and menu build tickets to support onboarding and updates
- Handle inbound requests related to menu and catalog issues and route to appropriate teams
- Manage and track tickets across systems including catalog, integrations, analytics, and data engineering
- Support monthly and quarterly accounting reporting for self-delivery merchants
- Prepare and send weekly reports and respond to ad hoc reporting requests
- Run test orders to validate system functionality and identify issues
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve backend invoicing concerns
- Address merchant issues and provide solutions to improve experience
- Manage multiple ongoing tasks and tickets in a fast-paced environment
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working with ticketing systems such as Jira
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience with reporting and data analysis
- Attention to detail and ability to handle operational workflows efficiently
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments
