Job description
We’re looking for estate tax attorneys - in many states with an immediate need for an Estate Planning Attorney to help draft full estate plans using WealthCounsel (or similar software).
Our team already has the platform — we just need someone familiar with estate tax planning laws.

What You’ll Do:
- Draft wills, trusts, and related estate planning documents
- Ensure compliance with estate tax rules
- Collaborate with our team while working independently and remotely
- Someone who knows how to handle advanced strategies including SLATs, CLAT, CRTs, valuation discounts, advanced tax strategies and the like.
- Details:
- Contract, remote, flexible hours
- Must be licensed and have 3+ years of estate planning experience
