We are seeking an Event Execution Specialist on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.


This role will support the delivery of industry-focused marketing programs and events. This role will ensure seamless execution of events designed to engage key industry audiences, from planning through post-event follow-up.



Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end industry-focused events aligned with priority verticals and target audiences
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and secure relevant keynote speakers and content
  • Manage vendors, including production teams, agencies, and booth builds, to deliver high-quality event experiences
  • Navigate procurement processes to manage contracts, purchase orders, and vendor onboarding
  • Collaborate with sales and industry teams to drive lead capture and align follow-up strategies
  • Support post-event reporting, including analysis of industry insights and pipeline impact


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in event marketing or field marketing
  • Strong project management skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, and external partners
  • Ability to tailor events to specific industry audiences and verticals
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
