  • Ensure continuity, consistency, and on-time execution across in-person and virtual programs
  • Maintain strong alignment with go-to-market priorities
  • Take ownership of existing marketing events, including in-person events, virtual events, webinars, and third-party industry events
  • Manage end-to-end event project execution from intake through post-event follow-up
  • Develop, manage, and maintain detailed event timelines, workback schedules, and deliverables
  • Coordinate all event logistics, including registration, agendas, speakers, vendors, and on-site or virtual execution
  • Establish strong working relationships quickly with line-of-business and regional stakeholders to ensure continuity during transition
  • Manage cross-functional communications to maintain clarity, momentum, and accountability
  • Act as the central point of contact for event execution, providing status updates and issue resolution
  • Step into existing tools, processes, and reporting with minimal onboarding time
  • Track event plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables using advanced Excel and planning tools
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high organization and accuracy
  • Support event websites and registration page development as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, event marketing, or program management
  • Proven experience managing in-person and virtual marketing events end-to-end
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard quickly and operate independently within established programs
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Experience partnering with line-of-business, field, or regional marketing stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications;

  • Experience with website or event page development
  • Experience working in enterprise or highly matrixed organizations
