Job Title: Part-Time Events and Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote (Company based in Atlanta, with events in Atlanta, Aspen, and Napa)

Duration: 6 months (with the possibility of extension)

Hours: 8-10 hours per week

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Part-Time Events and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role involves assisting with event coordination, enhancing our marketing efforts on digital channels, and contributing to our public relations initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and writing skills, with a knack for storytelling and engaging audiences across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and execution of luxury sustainable events, ensuring they align with our company's vision. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote events on platforms such as social media, email newsletters, and our website. Create compelling content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, social media updates, and press releases. Monitor and engage with our online community, fostering positive relationships and encouraging participation in our events. Collaborate with influencers, partners, and media outlets to expand our reach and visibility. Provide support for public relations efforts, including media outreach and responding to inquiries. Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. Travel to event locations (Atlanta, Aspen, Napa) is not required but may be offered to the right candidate.

Qualifications: Proven experience in event coordination, digital marketing, or a related field. Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing software, and content management systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly practices. Public relations experience is a plus.
