We’re building a community of people who capture everyday life as it really happens — the creative projects, routines, hobbies, errands, experiments, messy kitchens, garden work, workouts, repairs, crafting sessions, and everything in between.

Our client's Insight Partners create short first-person videos of real-world activities and upload them through our platform along with simple descriptions of what happened. These videos help build datasets that support the development of future AI systems designed to better understand the real world — not a staged version of it.

We believe the future of AI should reflect everyday human experiences in all their complexity, creativity, and unpredictability. That’s where our community comes in.

What You’ll Do

As an Insight Partner, you’ll:

• Record short videos of everyday activities using a wearable camera
• Narrate what you’re doing when appropriate
• Upload videos and brief descriptions through the platform
• Choose from hundreds of activity prompts — or contribute your own unique experiences through our “Show Your World” category

Example activities might include:

• Brewing coffee
• Organizing a workspace
• Gardening
• DIY repairs
• Cooking dinner
• Home workouts
• Arts & crafts
• Beekeeping
• Running errands
• Building projects
• And much more

No professional video experience is required. We’re looking for authentic moments, not polished productions.

Privacy & Safety Matter Here. A major part of this role is protecting both your privacy and the privacy of others.

All Insight Partners receive training and clear guidelines around:

• Filming safely and respectfully
• Avoiding personal or sensitive information
• Not capturing non-consenting individuals
• Creating clear, useful recordings
• Understanding what content is and isn’t appropriate

Important guidelines include:

• No individuals under 18 may appear in recordings
• Contributors must follow all privacy and consent standards
• All participants sign a Contributor Agreement

We take these responsibilities seriously and expect contributors to do the same.

Who We’re Looking For

You may be a great fit if you:

• Live an active, hands-on, or creative lifestyle
• Regularly cook, build, organize, craft, garden, exercise, repair, or explore hobbies
• Communicate clearly and can describe what you’re doing
• Are comfortable using basic technology and web platforms
• Follow instructions carefully and pay attention to detail
• Are dependable, curious, and open to feedback

We especially value contributors with unique skills, routines, professions, or hobbies that help broaden the diversity of everyday experiences represented in AI training data.

How It Works

• A wearable camera device will be shipped directly to you
• You choose activities that fit naturally into your life
• You record and upload videos through the platform
• You complete activities on your own schedule

The device remains company property and must be returned at the end of the assignment.

Position Details

• Fully remote
• 3-month engagement with possibility of extension
• Flexible participation structure
• $20 (non-negotiable) on 1099
