Job description
Our Customer is a consumer financial services company headquartered in Connecticut. The company offers consumer financing products, including credit, promotional financing and loyalty programs, installment lending to industries, and FDIC-insured consumer savings products through the consumer bank, its wholly owned online bank subsidiary.
We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant on a contract basis to support our Customer’s ongoing business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week) in Stamford, CT.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior executives within the Finance organization
- Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, and scheduling changes
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and on-site/off-site events
- Prepare meeting materials and ensure documents are distributed accurately and on time
- Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics
- Prepare and reconcile travel and expense reports and corporate purchase card expenses
- Process statements of work, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor payments
- Support supplier management activities using Coupa
- Communicate proactively with executives and stakeholders to resolve scheduling and administrative issues
- Maintain department calendars and assist with prioritization of executive activities
- Attend staff and team meetings as required
- Perform special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Executive Assistant experience
- Minimum of 2 years supporting senior-level executives in a corporate environment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience using Coupa or similar supplier management software
- Experience with supplier management and accounts payable processes
- Minimum of 4 years of experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Experience with Nitro Pro and AMEX Global Business Travel
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Coupa
- Experience in supplier management and accounts payable
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
