We are seeking an Executive Assistant on a contract basis to help support our customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote, Central Standard Time.
The Admin Specialist Program delivers scalable administrative support across key functions, including calendar management, expense reporting, and travel logistics, with leader-to-admin ratios of up to 7:1. This remote support model is designed to optimize leader capacity and enable focus on strategic and high-impact work.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple priorities and shifting tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain strong organization across schedules, deliverables, and communications
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders to anticipate needs, surface risks, and provide timely updates
- Support day-to-day administrative workflows and coordination for business operations as needed
- Provide high-touch support for executive operations, including coordinating needs across multiple leaders when applicable
Skills and Qualifications:
- BA/BS preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience providing administrative support to 3 or more executives. Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously preferred
- 2+ years of experience managing calendars, travel, and expenses for 3 or more executives
- Experience prioritizing multiple tasks with limited oversight
- Experience with GSuite - Docs, Sheets, and GChat
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience exercising judgment and discretion while utilizing company policies and practices to determine appropriate action
- Experience with a Customer Relationship Management or ticketing system
- Expert multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- Familiarity with Concur and Outlook preferred
