Job description

We are seeking an Executive Assistant on a contract basis to help support our customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote, high-volume, complex calendaring, travel, and expense support for multiple leaders
- Learn and utilize internal and external tools to deliver effective calendar support
- Communicate proactively with leaders to understand business priorities and apply them to administrative support
- Partner with leaders and other administrative partners to coordinate meetings and schedules
- Provide proactive time management recommendations to leaders
- Provide short-term in-team coverage as needed when bandwidth allows
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 3 years of experience providing administrative support to two or more executives
- At least 3 years of experience managing calendars, travel, and expenses for two or more executives
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong judgment and discretion in applying company policies and practices.
- Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or ticketing system.
- Prior experience working directly with executives is highly preferred
- Organizational skills
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach
- Familiarity with Concur and Outlook.
