Job description
Title: Part-Time Executive Assistant to Entrepreneur in Finance (Flexible, Mostly Remote - Bel Air)
I am a busy entrepreneur and founder based in Bel Air looking for a proactive, high-functioning Executive Assistant. This role is built for a seasoned professional who needs flexibility but wants high-responsibility work. Looking for a long term commitment.
Who You Are

- Sophisticated Communicator: You can represent a financial business to vendors with polish and authority.
- Trustworthy. You have experience handling confidential information and operate with integrity and discretion.
- Tech-Fluent: Expert in Google Workspace and quick to adopt new project tools.
- Local: You live within a 30 minute drive of Bel Air/UCLA.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and support different company initiatives, relationships, and projects.
- Serve as the primary gatekeeper, handling communications with professionalism and grace.
- Handle sensitive documents and communications, maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Be available for occasional in-person meetings in Bel Air (at most 1-2x per month) and very rare, ad-hoc emergency driving needs.
The Details:
- Location: Mostly remote. Candidate must reside within a 30 minute driving distance of Bel Air, CA
- Hours: 5-10 hours per week. The schedule is flexible.
- Compensation: $30 - $35 per hour, commensurate with experience.
