Title: Executive Assistant
Location: 100% Remote
Hourly Range: $20 - $40, commensurate with experience
Hours per Week: 10-15 hrs/wk
Status: 3 months to start, with opportunity to continue with growth of hours and responsibility if mutually agreed upon
Our client is a dynamic management consulting firm in startup phase! We are seeking a skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to manage a diverse array of responsibilities for one of the founders.
The ideal candidate sets the founder up for success daily and thrives in an organized, system-oriented environment. Proactively getting answers to any potential issues, and being solution-oriented is second nature. This person will also easily negotiate when needed with vendors and clients.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Calendar Management - be the gatekeeper to the founder's time, schedule, and priorities
- Inbox Organization - systematically prioritize with clear communication
- Project coordination
- Scheduling
- Expense tracking
- Travel arrangements and planning
- Various other tasks including online orders and mail management
- 4+ years experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant supporting a Founder or CEO
- Microsoft Office 365
- Experience working in a client-serviced company
- Professional communication with internal team and clients
- Clear, concise, cheerful writing style is appreciated
