We are looking for a fun, energetic, detail-oriented professional looking to grow with a fun and innovative team.

We’re seeking someone who thrives on organization, loves collaborating, and is excited about making a positive impact through everything they do. If you enjoy taking initiative, managing projects, and building strong relationships, this could be the perfect role for you!

Our product is adorable, lovable anatomical plush organs that are on a mission to teach about acceptance and inclusivity while celebrating health and wellness. We are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin!

Qualifications

  1. Super organized with top-notch communication skills (written & verbal!)
  2. A Microsoft Office whiz and tech-savvy to the max
  3. A team player who LOVES working with others
  4. Independent, detail-obsessed, and always one step ahead!
  5. Creative/out of the box thinker

Overview of Responsibilities:

Creative B2B Genius: You'll be the voice of the company, building and maintaining strong B2B relationships with hospitals, schools, retail partners, and more!

Master Organizer: From managing emails, calendars, and meeting prep to filing docs and taking notes, you'll keep everything running smoothly.

Project Management Pro: You'll manage projects, research new trends, and seek out fresh partnerships to help us grow!

Inventory Expert: Work with supply chain teams, manage product demand, and make sure everything stays stocked and ready to roll.

Brand Partnerships:: Help boost brand awareness, find media opportunities, and work closely with the CEO to find creative opportunities

Our Mission:

We are an award-winning line of adorable and lovable anatomical plush toys, with a mission to increase awareness of various medical and mental health conditions, help reduce stigma, and foster a kinder, more accepting world.

About our founder:

We started for one simple reason: to help people understand their bodies in a fun, engaging way that celebrates our differences. As a family medicine doctor, the founder saw firsthand how important it is to have accessible and engaging health education to bridge the gap between complex medical concepts and everyday understanding.

At the heart of our mission is a commitment to raising awareness about medical and mental health conditions, reducing stigma, and fostering a kinder, more accepting world. We hope that, regardless of diagnosis, we can help people feel seen and remind them that they are so much more than their medical conditions.
