  • Travel & Expense Management: Coordinate all travel arrangements for the CEO and key leaders, including preparing and submitting monthly expense reports.
  • Meeting & Event Coordination: Lead the coordination, agenda development, material readiness, notes, and follow-up for ELT, CTOO, and company-wide meetings (monthly and quarterly). Plan and execute offsites and company events.
  • Project & Administrative Support: Track progress on various projects, create presentations/materials, act as a point of contact for urgent matters, and build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Agility: Pivot quickly to jump into shifting priorities and new tasks as needed.

You Have

  • Experience: 3–5 years of executive support experience, with demonstrated success supporting C-suite executives.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, and Confluence.
  • Core Competencies: Exceptional organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail.
