Executive Assistant / Operations and Project Manager
100% Remote (**Must sit in EST or CST)
Start Up Environment
40 hours/W2 hire
The ideal candidate will have start-up experience and bring high levels of adaptabliity; willingness to change tempo and projects with grace and focus.
You will be reporting to a Partner in this venture and be his right-hand person. Please be detail oriented, creative, energetic, curious, and born to multitask.
Core responsibilities
- Help manage administrative tasks for operations team and partners
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Arrange meetings and appointments, and catering for meetings as needed
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as directed
- Assist in project management of new locations:
- Act as a communication lead by scheduling and leading meetings, preparing internal and external agendas, meeting notes and status reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Manage any facility needs
Qualifications/Skills
- 5+ years experience as an executive administrative assistant, senior executive assistant or in other secretarial position
- Full comprehension of and procedures
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Strong experience working in MS Office, Teams, Zoom
- Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
- High level verbal and written communications skills
