Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with Executive Assistant experience to join our team on a part-time, 1099 contract basis. This role requires 5-10 hours per week, offering remote flexibility.

The Project Coordinator will manage administrative tasks, schedule meetings, handle social media activities, and support recurring projects. The successful candidate will report to the Program Manager and collaborate closely with other team members.


Job Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and schedule multi-stakeholder meetings, communicate agendas, and manage changes efficiently.
  2. Handle administrative tasks, including email communication and reporting, within 24-48 hours.
  3. Assist with social media scheduling and content creation using tools like Canva.
  4. Manage recurring projects and ensure timely completion.
  5. Utilize Google Suite for documentation and collaboration.
  6. Perform basic tasks on WordPress.
  7. Attend monthly staff meetings and participate in Zoom meetings as needed.
  8. Support Program Manager with special projects as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Proven initiative and strong attention to detail.
  2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with team members.
  3. Experience with administrative duties, scheduling, and managing projects.
  4. Basic knowledge of Canva, Google Suite, and WordPress.
  5. Some experience as an executive assistant is preferred.
  6. Ability to start mid-late August or early September.
  7. Must provide references for checks.

Experience:

  1. Project management: 2 years (Preferred)
