We are seeking an Senior Executive Assistant (VP Support) on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week) in Mountain View, CA.



Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level executive support, including complex calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of domestic and international travel
  • Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts with minimal direction
  • Manage operational logistics such as planning and executing team events, off-sites, and leadership meetings
  • Support vendor contract processes and manage financial documentation, including expense reports and purchase orders
  • Serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, handling highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Support strategic priorities by anticipating needs and ensuring seamless execution of executive workflows
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the Mid Market Group and partner closely with the Executive Assistant Business Partner (EABP) community
  • Drive operational excellence and consistency by sharing and implementing best practices


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience supporting senior leaders (Director/VP level) in an executive support capacity
  • Proven ability to operate independently in fast-paced, high-growth, or multinational environments
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders
  • High level of discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information
  • Strong anticipatory skills with the ability to proactively manage priorities and workflows
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, Slack, and Concur
