Job description

We are seeking an Executive Assistant on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role will support 1 VP and 1 director. This role is hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote/week) in Mountain View, CA.



Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support in a variety of functions to an individual, team, department, or another group in an organization.
  • Collects, reviews, and analyzes data and prepares reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials.
  • Responds to or routes routine inquiries from external or internal sources with own correspondence or other messaging.
  • Schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, and other group activities.
  • May be responsible for creating reports and distributing them on a regular schedule.


Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills in working with external partners across functional groups
  • Strong administrative, organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Time management, heavy calendar management, attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in various technologies and software used for communication, scheduling, and project management.
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Heavy calendaring experience
  • Someone who is collaborative
  • Advanced word processing, spreadsheet, and graphics software skills.
