We are seeking an Executive Assistant on a contract basis to support two leaders. This role is a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote/week) in Mountain View, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple directors' complex and detailed calendars
- Travel coordination and arrangements
- Partner across organizational boundaries to deliver outcomes with other EABPs and business partners
- Plan and support meetings, events/offsites, and team motivation
- Possess a high degree of initiative to take independent action and be able to always exercise proper judgment
- Provide a timely response to emails and Slack messages
- Handle multiple tasks while being flexible, as priorities and focus can change rapidly
- Event planning to include support for large meetings, offsites, and team motivation events
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience at the executive administrative level, preferably supporting senior leadership
- Expert in G Suite (Google Calendar, Gmail) and Microsoft Office applications
- Advanced calendar management skills across Google Calendar and Outlook
- Proven ability to provide timely responses via email, Slack, and other communication tools
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and making last-minute adjustments
- Experience in working across multiple organizations and with diverse stakeholders
- Strong self-starter with the ability to operate independently and shift quickly between tasks
- Creative problem solver focused on achieving “win-win” solutions
- Energized by challenges and fast-paced environments
