Job description
Our Customer is the world's leading music company that owns and operates a broad array of businesses engaged in recorded music, music publishing, merchandising, and audiovisual content in more than 60 countries. They identify and develop recording artists and songwriters, and produce, distribute and promote the most critically acclaimed and commercially successful music to delight and entertain fans around the world.
We are seeking an Executive Assistant on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is on-site in Santa Monica, CA.
This is a 4-week assignment with potential for extension based on business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a busy calendar and coordinate meetings
- Handle travel arrangements and itineraries
- Serve as a key point of contact for the executive and team
- Manage calls, messages, and correspondence
- Process expense reports and resolve payment issues
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve issues
- Maintain organized electronic files and records
- Assist with reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, approachable, and adaptable demeanor
- High emotional intelligence and strong judgment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work effectively with senior executives
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the music, entertainment, or media industry
