We are seeking a Executive Assistant V on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is hybrid in San Diego, CA - 3 full days in office per week (typically Tues - Thurs).



Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Manage complex executive calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, coordinate across teams and EABPs by prioritizing schedules and qualifying requests with both internal and external partners.
  • Events & Meetings: Plan and execute internal/external meetings, team offsites, agency meetings. Including but not limited to: venue scouting, food, beverage, team building activities, agenda preparation, coordination with AV and facilities.
  • Leadership & Discretion: Act as a trusted liaison and organizational "eyes and ears," maintaining confidentiality and composure.
  • Collaboration & Mindset: Serve as a dependable EA team player with a positive, can do attitude; equally ready to tackle high-level strategy or small administrative tasks.
  • Travel & Expenses: Coordinate seamless travel logistics and manage timely, policy-compliant expense reporting.
