This role is designed to be the perfect fit for a seasoned professional who desires meaningful, impactful work that fits around their life. The schedule is highly flexible and the work is almost entirely remote, making it an ideal opportunity for a parent or individual seeking true work-life integration.

- The Epitome of Trustworthy. You have experience handling highly confidential information and operate with the utmost integrity and discretion.
- Tech-Savvy. You are fluent in tools like Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and are quick to learn new software and platforms.
- An Excellent Communicator. Your written and verbal communication is clear, professional, and concise.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and protect my time through supporting different company initiatives and relationships.
- Serve as the primary gatekeeper, handling correspondence and communications with professionalism and grace.
- Coordinate complex administrative and personal projects.
- Handle sensitive documents and communications, maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Provide project support for various business initiatives.
- Be available for occasional in-person meetings in Bel Air (potentially 0-2x per month) and rare, ad-hoc driving needs in case of an emergency.
The Details:
- Location: Mostly remote. Candidate must reside within a 30-45 minute driving distance of Bel Air, CA for occasional on-site needs.
Hours: 5-10 hours per week. The schedule is extremely flexible; we are focused on results, not set hours.
