We are seeking an Executive Briefing Center Coordinator on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role can be hybrid in San Francisco or Mountain View, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Executive Briefing Center (EBC) operations and venue management logistics for San Francisco and Mountain View EBC spaces including:
    • Maintaining ongoing comms w/ workplace services
    • Overseeing F&B needs
    • Security and front desk liaison
    • Maintain Mountain View (MV) and San Francisco (SF) EBC calendars across Exec Engagements and other space needs
  • Day-of event management for all MV and SF Exec Engagement programming including: security and building access, printing, food & beverage, gifting, technology troubleshooting as needed
  • Serve as direct POC for Events/Facilities teams in MV and SF offices
  • Partner with technology & AV management team to ensure technology needs are met across the EBC spaces and ongoing maintenance occurs
  • Support Exec Engagement tracking & measurement to business objectives in collaboration with Strategy leads and GCEE colleagues to ensure measurement aligns to business needs, positive customer experience, and provides viable data set
  • Work directly with Executive Engagement strategy lead, cross-functional partners and content leads to ensure tracking tools (ie BriefingSource) are maintained and leveraged; contribute to Executive Engagement reporting as needed
  • Serve as POC for Executive EAs/CoS in MTV & SF offices regarding internal room reservations within the Briefing Centers.
  • Manage Exec Engagement cross-functional gifting program inclusive of strategy (in collaboration with Executive Engagement team), procurement and execution across Exec Engagement program with the opportunity to collaborate across GCEE team for efficiencies.
  • In alignment with Executive Engagement Strategy lead, support Exec Engagement at Talent Connect Summit (October 2025) including venues coordination, scheduling, field comms, hosting execution, follow up and tracking
  • Support Chase Center hosting activities as needed as part of Executive Engagement program
  • Contribute to Exec Engagement budget planning and management as needed
  • Work across the GCEE team to contribute to best practices and efficiencies across Executive Briefing Centers
  • Coordinate development and execution of GCEE quarterly snapshots report outlining key business results across GCEE programs, work closely with program strategy leads to gather and curate results
  • Talent Connect Project Mgmt Support
  • Contribute to overall operational rigor and project management efforts across GCEE programming operations and community management
  • Manage Strategic Theme/Vis ID stakeholder alignment calendar and approval tracking (FY25Q3-Q4), and Mainstage videos (FY25Q4-FY26Q1/Q2)
  • Liaise directly with BCMR PM and team as needed and TC25 Mktg Strategy lead
  • Partner w/ Exec Mgmt Lead to align approvals & meetings
  • Identify key stakeholders, input and approvals needed
  • Proactively flag risks to milestones/deadlines


Basic Qualification:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or hospitality industry
  • 2+ years of experience with Google Suite
  • Proficient in the following: Virtual Meeting technology, GSuite Products/Tools, MSFT Products/Tools, including SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Detail-oriented and relationship driven, and who thrives on creating exceptional experiences for valued customers and internal partners.
  • Given the fast-paced environment, you are flexible, resourceful and highly organized
  • You have the ability to effectively manage multiple schedules and collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders
  • You are comfortable communicating with a senior-level audience
  • You have a positive attitude and a solution-oriented approach to tackling challenges
  • You take pride in your work and know how to have fun while doing it


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Successful track record of working with cross-functional teams and senior level stakeholders
  • Project Management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
