We are seeking an Integrated Marketing Executive Communications Lead on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.
This role is responsible for supporting executive communications for the IM leader, serving as a strategic partner to elevate clarity, strengthen narrative discipline, and ensure consistency across messaging. The position plays a key role in driving alignment across leaders, teams, and stakeholders by delivering intentional, scalable, and high-impact communications that support change adoption and reduce organizational noise.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a unified executive narrative that serves as the single source of truth across the organization
- Continuously refine messaging to reflect evolving strategy, transformation milestones, and business priorities
- Create, edit, and finalize executive-level communications, including presentations, briefings, and leadership messaging
- Build clear, concise, and compelling narratives that drive alignment and support decision-making
- Support communication strategy for transformation initiatives, including organizational changes and go-to-market shifts
- Translate complex topics into simple, digestible communication artifacts for diverse audiences
- Standardize communication formats, templates, and workflows to improve consistency and quality
- Tailor messaging for different audiences while maintaining alignment across leadership and cross-functional teams
- Develop executive briefings, pre-reads, talking points, and summaries to support leadership readiness
- Anticipate stakeholder needs, risks, and key questions to strengthen communication effectiveness
- Build and manage a forward-looking communications roadmap aligned to strategic priorities
- Partner with operations, strategy, and transformation teams to ensure alignment and timing of communications
- Ensure editorial excellence and act as the final quality reviewer for executive communications
Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in executive communications, strategic communications, or narrative development
- Proven ability to translate complex strategies into clear, executive-ready narratives
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
- Strong understanding of organizational transformation, change management, and go-to-market strategies
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to operate independently and drive high-quality outputs with minimal oversight
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in consulting or advisory-style roles supporting executive leadership
- Background in large, matrixed organizations
- Experience building scalable communication frameworks and standards
- Familiarity with enterprise transformation initiatives and executive-level reporting structures
