Job description

Executive Personal Assistant

Part Time (10-20 hrs/week)

$25-40/hour


About the Role: Experienced executive in West Menlo Park seeking a highly capable personal/executive assistant to manage a diverse range of professional and personal tasks. This role offers flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to work independently while making a meaningful impact.


Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management and scheduling
  • Project prioritization and task management
  • Financial tracking (Quicken/QuickBooks experience preferred)
  • Travel coordination and research
  • Document organization and filing systems
  • Vendor management and shopping coordination
  • General research and problem-solving

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous executive/personal assistant experience strongly desired
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • High proficiency with technology (MS Office, AI?, expense software)
  • Self-directed with strong attention to detail
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters
  • Own reliable laptop

Details:

  • Location: West Menlo Park home office + some remote work
  • Schedule: Flexible, 10-20 hours/week (initially higher hours for onboarding)
  • Compensation: $25-40/hour based on experience and qualifications
