EA/Personal Assistant
100% Remote
1099 Contract
5 hours/week on average
***This role is contract to begin but could become part time permanent role which would bring access to health insurance and profit sharing for the right candidate.
Busy Small Ad Agency Owner, Airbnb host and Landlord Looking For Personal Assistant to cover wide range of both personal and professional assistant needs.
The ideal candidate will be extremely detail oriented, discrete, trustworthy and born to multitask.
This is letting someone into my personal life at a level I haven't done in the past but I am in need of this kind of support!
Core responsibilities
- Help manage various administrative tasks for small business female CEO
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Arrange meetings, personal appointments, medical appointments and other scheduling as needed
- Make travel arrangements using hotels.com and united airlines websites
- Manage Airbnb inbox and key codes for arriving renters
- Assist with product research and ordering for both airbnb rental business and personal needs
- Manage returns of various items
- Categorize receipts for accounting team
Qualifications/Skills
- 4 years min experience as an executive administrative assistant, senior executive assistant or in other secretarial position
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Up-to-date with Google Suite and Slack
- High level verbal and written communications skills
