We are seeking an Executive Recruiting Researcher/Sourcer on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. In this role, you will be at the forefront of further building diverse external executive talent pipelines across the Company's functions while expanding market knowledge and reach. You will be a critical part of the Talent Acquisition team, partnering with our recruiters' key stakeholders as appropriate in a role that directly impacts the growth and success of the organization. As part of the team, you will be an ambassador for the company and for the organization, engaging with prospects and passive candidates, learning about their career objectives, and bringing them into our talent communities. This role is onsite in Austin, TX.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and nurture a pipeline of executive-level passive candidates across our functions. including but not limited to Tech, Product, Data Science, Marketing, Finance, Revenue
- Utilize innovative research and sourcing methodologies for building our executive-level talent pipelines
- Build external talent landscapes by function across the US and Canada
- Establish strong, successful partnerships with both Recruiters and Key Stakeholders
- Gain industry knowledge, stay on top of talent trends and news to build out market intelligence
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of sourcing and research experience within a growing organization, ideally technology
- Extensive market knowledge and understanding of how to develop talent pools and pipelines
- Demonstrable record of using creative sourcing approaches, and applying new or unique strategies to identify organizational structures
- Passion for staying on top of all things 'sourcing tech’
- Understanding of and demonstrated ability to utilize all Google tools (i.e. docs, sheets)
- Ability to achieve targets, whether those be deadlines, recruiting goals, or both
- Team-first mentality, with a keen interest in joining a collaborative TA and People organization
- Experience in communicating the role, team, and company in a way that speaks to a prospect’s motivation, career goals, and passion
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems/ATS (Greenhouse is a bonus) and HR/Sourcing Technology
Education:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in HR Management, Computer Science, or Business Management
Hours & Location:
- M-F, 40 hours/week. This role is onsite in Austin, TX.
