We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Recruiting Coordinator on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.

We are looking for a motivated individual to join the Executive Recruiting team in North and Latin America, to manage the candidate experience for the NA and LAC customers and participate in related projects and tasks to drive this important service forward. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary point-of-contact for candidates, second only to the respective executive recruiters.
  • Schedule confidential interviews and HRBP/ hiring manager activities.
  • Manage candidate and hiring team expectations through the interview process on the protocol and next steps.
  • Support the Executive Recruiting team in maintaining and updating open requisitions in SuccessFactors & other tools.
  • Execute on and deliver bi-weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports to North America and Latin America leadership teams.
  • Create executive-level presentations and market mappings.
  • Participate in important project work related to executive hiring and delivering an exemplary candidate experience for the executives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2 years of professional experience
  • Experience providing proactive administrative support (To senior-level executives is a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle pressure, adapt to priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Fundamental knowledge of MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint – ability to design and build presentations and briefings a plus
  • Detail-oriented and analytical; process oriented; creative.
  • Good interpersonal communication, time management, problem-solving skills, and executive presence.
  • Ability to network with senior-level executives and team members.
  • Proactive team player able to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work on own initiatives as part of a virtual team; capable of working independently upon receiving proper instruction and guidance.
  • Strong writing skills in English.
  • Bi-lingual is a plus.
