Our Customer is seeking an Experience Services Concierge on a contract basis to help support their ongoing business needs. This role is on-site in Miami, FL.
The Experience Services Concierge is responsible for the delivery of amazing client and guest experiences and ensuring that all customers and visitors are assisted accordingly in a warm, professional, and friendly manner. This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through face-to-face engagement, proactive communication, and exceptional service. They will ensure that a seamless, consistent level of service is provided at every user touchpoint from employee and guest pre-arrival to departure. This client-facing role provides the opportunity to combine your passion for service, brilliant people skills, and enthusiasm for creating a hospitality-focused workplace environment.
Responsibilities:
- Enthusiastically welcome guests, anticipate needs, and assist with arrivals, departures, and office orientations
- Engage visitors, employees, and callers in a warm, timely, and helpful manner
- Maintain a visible and proactive presence across the workplace; regularly walk the site to assist customers and guests
- Effectively match available services to guest needs
- Act as a local expert, offering recommendations on cuisine, hotels, attractions, and events
- Build and maintain connections within the hospitality industry
- Collaborate with clients, customers, and support teams to proactively identify needs and deliver creative solutions
- Remain familiar with all services on-site and work with facilities management to ensure a hospitality-centered environment
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless operations for meetings and events
- Demonstrate professionalism, confidence, responsiveness, and outstanding customer service skills
- Support meeting setups, reception coverage, and personal support tasks
- Serve as a central point of contact for wayfinding, service information, and activity coordination
- Monitor and implement service standards to consistently meet or exceed expectations
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of customer service or hospitality-related experience
- Strong interpersonal skills; thrives on creating positive experiences for others
- Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude toward shifting daily priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; fluency in English required
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize while ensuring accuracy and service consistency
- Comfortable working with a variety of IT tools and platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
