We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator on a contract basis to help support their ongoing business needs. This role is on-site in Lakewood, CO.


The Facilities Coordinator provides operational support for facilities management, ensuring the smooth delivery of building services and maintenance operations. This role coordinates a small team of multi-skilled operatives, manages vendor relationships, and maintains effective communication with key stakeholders, including clients, landlords, and managing agents. The Facilities Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and compliant workplace environment.



Responsibilities:

  • Support and coordinate a team of multi-skilled facilities operatives to ensure daily operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, managing agents, and facilities vendors.
  • Assist in managing onsite contractors to ensure service delivery meets required standards.
  • Participate in the procurement of vendors and facility-related services.
  • Manage purchase orders and assist in financial reporting, including monthly accruals and finance tracker updates.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and assessments to ensure compliance with building procedures and safety protocols.
  • Support the implementation of property risk management programs and industry best practices.
  • Ensure premises are maintained in clean, safe, and operational condition at all times.
  • Assist in disaster recovery and business continuity planning efforts.
  • Follow established incident reporting and escalation procedures.
  • Support the preparation of regular management reports and assist with facility-related projects.
  • Help achieve and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience in facilities coordination, building operations, or property management.
  • Clean driving record required.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable under pressure.
  • Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
