Our Customer is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role is onsite in NYC.


This position offers an opportunity to play a crucial role in maintaining a positive work environment and contributing to the overall success of the organization through effective employee relations management.



Responsibilities:


Customer Experience:


  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients and building occupants
  • Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming environment

Subcontractor Management:

  • Review subcontractor proposals and contracts
  • Raise Purchase Orders (POs) as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures


Data Entry and Processing:


  • Enter security access requests into the client's system accurately and efficiently
  • Create and manage work orders to fulfill client requirements
  • Provide administrative support for reporting requirements


Workload Management:


  • Self-manage workload to meet deadlines effectively
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Facility Operations Support:


  • Assist in coordinating maintenance and repair activities
  • Monitor and report on facility conditions
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of facility procedures



Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in facility management or a related field preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Punctuality and reliability
