We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator on a contract basis to help support their ongoing business needs. This role is on-site in West Palm Beach, FL.
This role offers management of a prime facility in a standout local setting, interaction with distinguished tenants and visitors, and maintenance of world-class standards.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general support for facility needs
- Manage office supplies and pantry operations (stocking cups, coffee, condiments, paper, printers, etc.)
- Assist with meeting and conference room bookings
- Help organize and run site events
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance work, including routine upkeep
- Monitor and maintain overall office conditions to ensure the space is in working order
- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and guests, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Support front of house/reception services as needed (answer phone calls, visitor management, conference, event support, etc.)
- Guide vendors and service providers to minimize work disruptions
- Work with the security team on safety matters
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Prior experience in events planning/coordination
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Resilient and adaptable personality, with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
- Ability to multitask effectively and maintain professionalism under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders
