We are a leading college counseling firm based in Miami and serving clients across the US and internationally. We help students starting in 8th grade throughout the complex and competitive college application process.

Our programs include career exploration, extracurricular profile advising, passion project planning, financial aid advising, test prep, application coaching, and more. These personalized academic packages range from $6-30k.

We’re expanding our national reach and looking for Mom Ambassadors to help bring expert guidance to high-achieving families in your community so more students can achieve their dreams!

As a Mom Ambassador, you’ll:

  • Organize exclusive College Admissions Master Classes, informational breakfasts, and private webinars for parents of high school and middle school students.
  • Leverage your existing network to connect with families serious about competitive college admissions.
  • Host events at venues such as country clubs, tennis clubs, libraries, or restaurants.
  • Serve as the trusted bridge between your community and our expert team.

Your primary responsibility would be to recruit potential families.

What you need to succeed:

  • Deep connections in your community (PTA leadership, club boards, charity events, etc.)
  • Relationships with families aiming for Top 50 universities
  • Comfort hosting events and engaging with parents
  • Passion for education and helping students succeed
  • No prior experience in college counseling required (we’ll provide all resources and a dedicated sales team to support your network)

Compensation:

This role is on commission-basis, so a rock star has serious upside opportunity!

Why join us?

You’ll represent a firm that delivers a white-glove, concierge-level experience (no assembly-line advising) to ensure students fulfill their potential. Every family receives a custom plan and individualized support from top-university graduates with global admissions expertise.

All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be legally authorized to work in the United States and are required to have U.S. residency at the time of application.

Screening Questions

  • How familiar are you with high school students?
  • Tell us about any social groups, clubs, or organizations you’re currently a part of.
  • When you think about the communities you interact with most, how much focus is there on getting kids into top-tier universities and what kinds of things do they do to prepare? Is it common to hire independent college consultants?
  • Why do you think our service is needed in your community?
