Family Law Attorney

Are you a passionate and dedicated Family Law Attorney with a deep understanding of Florida’s family law statutes? We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and property division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters.
• Handle cases involving divorce, timesharing, paternity, child support, alimony, property division, domestic violence, modifications, post-judgment actions, and other related issues.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, agreements, and court orders.
• Conduct thorough legal research and stay updated on changes in family law legislation.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed about the status of their cases.
• Work collaboratively with the legal team to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Ensure compliance with legal ethics and professional standards.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Florida Bar Association.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing family law in Florida.
• Proven track record of successfully handling family law cases.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong negotiation and courtroom advocacy abilities.
• Compassionate and client-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
