Job description

Family Law Paralegal
1099/Freelance
100% Remote
$30-50/hour
~18 hours/week
Paralegal Certification Required

Assistance with E-Filing: Be able to locate local rules and e-file documents in surrounding counties. Have a working knowledge of e-filing process, fees and how to follow-up.

Calendaring: Assist attorney with calendaring events and planning ahead so that projects are not completed last minute.

Drafting forms /documents and legal research: Be able to fill out forms accurately and with little supervision. Be familiar with legal research and know the different ways of finding sources. Have knowledge in Family law so that attorney can bounce ideas off you and have you write first draft of legal documents.
