We are looking for a Federal Contracts Administrator on a contract basis who can help support our client’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.
This role is responsible to perform contractual language analysis, data collection, drafting of documents, and categorization of client/engagement contracts, and data entry within the firm’s contract management system. This role will also liaise with stakeholders, engagement teams, and data customers to troubleshoot potential processing issues.
This person must possess the ability to work well with others in high-volume situations with high attention to detail, and effectively interface with multiple internal functional and delivery teams with a high level of customer service and strong communication skills.
What You'll Do:
- Accurately input files and data from electronic contractual documents into the data system repository.
- Follow procedures and guidelines for consistent and quality data entry.
- Use Microsoft Excel to enter, organize, and manipulate data as required.
- Maintain and update contract management information systems.
- Ensure proper storage and backup of digital files to prevent data loss.
- Identify and correct errors or discrepancies in data entry, ensuring data quality standards are met.
- Report any issues or concerns to the project supervisors.
- Conduct regular quality checks to verify data accuracy and integrity & report any issues or concerns to the project supervisor for resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and goals.
- Maintain detailed documentation of data entry procedures and compile reports for project tracking.
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university OR equivalent work experience.
- 2-4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Exposure to multiple solicitation types, contract types, the FAR, and the DFAR.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience with Federal government contracts.
